These terms explain the rules for using AgriClimate Global Marketplace. By using the website, you agree to them.
What we provide
AgriClimate Global Marketplace helps farmers, buyers, suppliers and advocates find each other and share knowledge about climate-smart agriculture. We are not a party to any agreement or sale between users; buyers and suppliers deal with each other directly.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Please keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Supplier profiles
If you apply to be a supplier, the information you provide must be true, lawful and yours to share. We review every application and may approve, reject, suspend or remove a profile at any time. "Verified" means we reviewed the application; it is not a guarantee of a supplier's products or services.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website for anything illegal, misleading or harmful; do not post spam, offensive content or other people's private information; and do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website.
Information on the website
Learning materials, data and other content are provided for general information. They are not professional, legal or financial advice. Always check the sources and consider local conditions before making decisions.
Responsibility
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the website or from dealings between users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
